Interim Management

The EthosPartners Interim Management team serves in a number of operational and executive roles, all of which are directly responsible to the board of directors and/or sole member of the physician organization regarding short-term day-to-day activities.

These roles include, but are not limited to:

  • Hiring and termination of staff and management personnel
  • Negotiations of vendor and managed care agreements
  • Supervision of management and staff
  • Development of direction of group strategy
  • Maintenance and development of key business relationships
  • Direction and supervision of fiscal affairs and operations

EthosPartners consultants will regularly update the board (and/or parent organization leadership) regarding our findings and strategic recommendations at regularly scheduled meetings.
