EthosPartners has now merged with Byrne Healthcare and HealthAware

We are pleased to announce our merger with Byrne Healthcare, a leader in cardiovascular consulting and early-detection health assessment tools, effective Feb. 1, 2010.

By joining forces with Byrne Healthcare and HealthAware, we have expanded our technology capabilities as we develop integrated hospital and physician practice data-mining tools. HealthAware’s proven products are an ideal complement to EthosPartners’ proprietary VitalStats analytics tools, which helps healthcare organizations integrate and track key performance data in a variety of crucial areas, including revenue-cycle management, physician productivity and patient coding. EthosPartners also gains increased expertise in the cardiovascular arena.

HealthAware, which is based in Denver, Colo., has developed a series of disease-specific, Web-based self-assessment tools, proven marketing programs and community-outreach programs that both save lives and increase patient revenues. In agreements with more than 85 hospitals throughout the U.S., HealthAware identifies and motivates consumers to complete an online risk assessment on hospital Web sites and, if appropriate, refers them for further assessment and possible treatment at participating hospitals. The program has demonstrated a direct impact on hospitals’ revenue growth.
